Well, there is this project currently going on in Lagos. The government has been laying fibre cables all across Lagos (highways, inner roads, streets e.t.c). Other Lagosians can testify to this. It is on going in Lagos. I don't know about other states. They are basically network cables and it is Government project (but i dont knw if it is state project or federal project)

N390/ GB and some people are jumping up.
I've been using N500/ 1.5 GB for as long as I can remember. Do the arithmetic.
These guys sure hv lost touch with reality.
