Hello everyone , submitted my Application on February 18, 2021, I completed my biometrics on 22nd February 2021. On 10th of July 2021 Embassy sent me a request Letter saying i have an outstanding debt of 235CAD to the Crown for previous Immigration service(s) so I called my agent and he uploaded the receipt on the same day 10th of July 2021, (The Review Of Additional Documents) changed to( The Additional Documents You Provided Have Been Uploaded. till now i have not heard from the Embassy.
please anybody with the any idea on what to do?

So thanks to my people here, things are already unraveling. So my Nairaland Soldier, @gracedson, got in contact with the agent, forced(let me say drag) him to drop the details. He dropped it and discovered that the account details has been dropped. But the account has been revoked. Pls help me out. How can i retrieve this account. Thank you

This Charge back stuff delays Application too much. What you should do is to order for your GCMS notes. That will show you the activity in your application. Has eligibility review started in your GCKEYS?

Whatever you have not submitted, you can still submit it through Webform. But your personal statement of account is important. If you don't submit your personal statement of account, going by what you have submitted above, they might deny you for not being established in your home country. And when submitting your Personal statement of account, Make it MyBank statement.
Mind you, they don't always acknowledge a receipt of Webform or Email, but surely they're already working on the new documents you sent.

Ok thank you but the reason I didn't submit my personal account is cus I have just above 400,000 in the account and it's my business account. NB: I didn't state in my application that I am running a business and most of the deposits, withdrawals all have "goods" or similar words in its description. Should I submit it that way?

That's correct. He never created any account. As the pressure mounted on him to release the details, he quickly created an account and revoked it before sharing it. Knowing fully well that you can't have access to it to confirm if an application was truly lodged.

Kindly create a new account. But then, enquire from your institution as regards deferring if possible to give you ample time to prepare documents for study visa application.

It will end in praises. Is just a delay ok. Your approval is on the way.

Thank you very much, i have sent in a mail requesting for the tution fee details to the school. If they reply with the details, i can further request for a deferment. But presently now i have opened another account with a new gckey. All i need to do is to submitted all requested information and hope it goes well. But myself and my soldier are not done with him. He has a lot to pay back.

How do I go about the My bank statement?

Yes. Submit it. The description of the transaction doesn't matter,So long as the title of the account is your Name, submit it. But if the title of the account is Business name, then you may need to send CAC documents, alongside and Tax documents to show your relationship with the account.
So long as you never mentioned that you're Sponsoring yourself in anyway, the amount in your account will not count against you. Your account statement here is part of tie not financial related.
For the MyBankStatement, use your bank App to send it directly to Canada Embassy. The bank will generate Ticket ID and Password and send to your Registered email and Phone number. Which Bank do you operate?

This was a 2nd Application. First application I did not include any of the above documents. I was a complete novice. (Lol). I didn’t even include my Tuition receipt or CAC or property docs, nothing at all, just my LOA, qualifications and passport that’s all.

But thank God for Nairaland where I learned everything I needed to know for a successful application (especially, as a self-sponsored applicant).

Also, since I didn’t include vital docs in my last application, I decided to overload them with documents this time around

I keyed in to @justexcellent testimony of his approval and wrote out the same prayer points he used while I fasted earlier this year.

God bless you all richly and establish us in our quests for destiny fulfillment. A big thank you goes out to @frankrobbn, @justmellow, @justexcellent (for that wonderful and inspiring testimony), @lekiboboe for your tireless constant help here, and of course to everyone new and old who has contributed to the success of this thread thereby helping fulfill destinies. Please should I transfer my funds from my salary account - which is not the MBS platform to another of my account that I rarely use but on the MBS platform.

Is it advisable to do that and then provide an updated statement of account for salary account showing that I made the transaction from my account just for the sole purpose of generating an MBS.

I am considering this as it seems IRCC is mainly focused on those with the full NSE requirements.

Note: I submitted my application with IELTS of band 8 and I also received a request letter for MBS to which I responded with the same traditional account statement alongside a letter explaining that my bank isn’t in the MBS platform.

This was a 2nd Application. First application I did not include any of the above documents. I was a complete novice. (Lol). I didn’t even include my Tuition receipt or CAC or property docs, nothing at all, just my LOA, qualifications and passport that’s all.

But thank God for Nairaland where I learned everything I needed to know for a successful application (especially, as a self-sponsored applicant).

Also, since I didn’t include vital docs in my last application, I decided to overload them with documents this time around

I keyed in to @justexcellent testimony of his approval and wrote out the same prayer points he used while I fasted earlier this year.
