But I noticed that normal prescription doesn't work for me anymore. I told my Doc, he knows my medical history, he told me to continue with normal doses that my system will pick up with time but it's not happening.


For instance, I take a card of paracetamol 3 times else I will finish 2-3 cards before there will be any improvement. Taking 2 tabs kinda increases the headache.

This hardly happens because I rarely fall sick.


If normal prescription is 500mg - 1000mg, I will need like 1500 - 2000mg otherwise there will be no improvement for a long time, a very long time.


This is not just about paracetamol, same applies to all drugs and it bothers me a lot.

I think there's need for you to see a different doctor in a general or specialist hospital.

You need to give them all necessary information to receive appropriate medical advise.

Generally, using overdose is not healthy for you in the long run.

You need to be properly guided

So I prescribed marijuana for myself, it works against cold

If I feel slight headache or maybe body pain, I will exercise to sweat it out. Works most times.

Although I hate it... But the nicotine rush is harmfully sweet... I hope to stop soon Sha... Cause I can go months without abusing it.
