He lied that Carter Page, who was a Trump campaign advisor, was not a CIA asset when KC requested the FISA court to spy on him- his emails, phone calls, location, . And also spy on anyone he was in contact with , and also on all those who were in contact with them too.Basically spy on him, his acquaintances and their acquaintances too. In other words this surveillance led to Trump directly because if Carter was in contact with Kushner , FBI were spying on Kushner and if Kushner was in contact with Trump FBI was also spying on Trump.
He got a suspended sentence.
He was not disbarred.
