My Honda accord DC 07, jerk when transmitting from 1 to 2. When you slow down and want to accelerate it will draw back and enter aggressively.
I complain to mechanic he said i should change my transmission oil and exchanger. I come for help and advice on way to go

Secondly the transmission oil in the market now, I am afraid since i don't know original oil.
I need advice please

Like your mechanic, changing the transmission fluid and strainer is the first step. Also, endavor to scan the transmission and post codes.
