I noticed this and it makes more sense like this, after all the shazarm powers make u the full version of urself u can be, and she's an adult already so she shouldn't look different when she transform just more matured.

The problem with the shazam adaption to movie is the growth of those children, 2 or 3yrs from now alot of them might have grown beyond that character.
