Good morning everyone. Please, is it only me and the people around me or it's happening everywhere in Nigeria. I recharged my prepaid meter with 4k the other day expecting to get 120units as usual but I was surprised I got only 60units. I thought it was because I'm still owing them even though I have complained to them about not deducting my previous debts from estimated bills but they did nothing about it. I got 60units and yet nothing was deducted from my arrears. 3 other people recharged and also got half of what they usually get.
Has anyone experienced such thing recently?

It's a scam. That one them don even forget say them mention am sef

lol ok I thought so. Such a country that dictates and no implementation. If I may ask what process did you go through to get your prepaid meter? I need one I'm tired of shouting and exercising strength with their staffs who are on the loose checking for Bill's without bringing light.

just go to there eoffice with your previous bill and tell them you want to apply for prepaid meter.
