The Governor has seats it several times that he will do all his best to develop port harcourt. He doesn’t care about other areas of the state. That’s why I laugh whenever he accuse PMB of Nepotism. The Ikwerre’s are the Fulani’s of rivers state. They see other tribes as second class.

Mean while majority of the wealth comes from the Other communities.

Rubbish projects if he is not empowering the people of the State to reduce the Rate of poverty and providing food sufficiency.

Only JB can answer this question. Even the terrible one lane Rumuola flyover which is now being reconstructed was originally built by them. I m not sure why they do such bad job for Rivers
