Can my brother study medicine and surgery with 290 jamb score?

I persuaded him to at least score 300 but here we are well I scored just 220 when I did mine so he's more brilliant I think

Not really. Uthman Danfodio of Sokoto accepts 290 for medicine. But try and verify before applying

Don't change Anything that's a good score for medicine.
