Question 1 - No it does not mean. AS long as there is room on a particular page, it will be stamped there. For example, my 5 year passport that expired this February only has 3.5 pages used. About 4/5 stamps on each page. Within that 5 years, I visited Nigeria twice a year. So, you can have your passport stamped as many times as possible before it expires, as long as tee is room to put the stamp. You are stamped on your in/out of Nigeria.

Question 2 - I did the 10 year on my Renewal in January at Ikoyi office. Mainly due to the stress involved with the process. Mine was fast track though and cost me 90K. I was only in Naija for 8 days, so had to do fast-track. Went there to fill form and capture on Monday, my rep called me on Thursday to come and pick it up. 20K well spent if you as me. So in my opinion, if the funds are available, it's good to opt for a 10 year passport.

1) Does it means that everytime I move out of the country then have used a page on the passport i.e I have to travel 32 times to exaust the 32 pages passport within its stipulated yrs?
How many pages do I use to and fro on a travrl?

2) As regards how herculean the renewal process is, do u suggest going for the 10yrs passport @70k? What do u say about the price? What if the prices of passports soar in coming yrs as we've seen for this?
If we have people that opt for it, kindly state ur reasons.

I had to resort to the same tactics after DIY was causing me issues especially because of NIN wahala.
Review: Festac office is okay for DIY if you have time to wait. The officers are very nice and would help you if you need help but omo you might have to waste time waiting in line if you don't have a good contact. If you want to capture on the same day, hold like 1k to tip and it would be done.
I'm waiting for my six weeks now.

This is exactly what I'm going through now. I went to Ikeja passport office for renewal. The DIY process wasn't too much of a hassle until I was told my details in NIN doesn't match what's in NIS database and I have to change my name on NIN. I don't want to do that because I have used my nin details to register for other things. How do I go about changing or adding a name to my records on NIS please.

I think that's one of the strategies to distract people from using the DIY route. I submitted my file on June 17 for vetting. I received a message for capturing this evening. If you know you are not needing ur passport urgently, you can try the route. My own passport will expire by October and I know I don't have any extra money to dash people. That's why I start on time

Are you sure you are not one of those immigration officers. If anyone wants to go through Maitama, it is the person's choice and it doesn't require any useless agent to help. The reason being that you will still pay about N30k extra and collect it in few hours.

If you have checked recently the portal is down for maitama, it doesn't show up as an option anymore. But if you can not wait, like me, there are ways

There are no ways, you immigration officers are really corrupt. You want to be pocketing the extra 30k. Maitama portal is not down, someone followed that route last week. Leave people alone to make their choice and stop advertising corruption and thievery here.
