you can have a sizeable three bedroom flat with good space to pack 3 vehicle in front of the building.

something like this can enter the plot comfortably:
three bedroom each : 12ft x 12ft
three toilet each : 4 x 8ft
kitchen : 8ft x 8ft
dining : 8ft x 8ft
living room : 16 x 14ft
store : 4 x 4ft

total floor area = 1024square feet
plot size = 2000square feet

LG have nothing to do with building say this to them but give them 2-5k as they will set building control on you if you do not give them anything.

If I am not in the mood or different set keep coming I just say my lawyer says to take their photo and they leave very quickly.

All of them ie omonile, LG and building Control know each other.

It's used but not advisable even if the land is dry land. You can use that 3/8" for your german floor or casting of lintel.
Though I've used such based on clients directive for blinding. In engineering construction it's best you use granite/gravel for blinding.

The only one that might concern them is if you put sand/granite etc on the road in which case they need to give your 7 days to remove it or might need to settle small money.

The first time they gave me 60k so I spoke to my surveyor and she laughed at the jokers said just remove it or between 2-5k if I do not have where to put it.
