So guys, I haven't been online today but my attention was drawn to the person that posted yesterday that he got his passport done with change of name yesterday. I couldn't hide my tears, picked up my phone and called her. Asked about my passport and she ended the call, called back again asking about it, she raised her voice that it wasn't her fault that it's my nin that delayed since March. So I stood up to her that she's the same person that assured me of knowing someone but couldn't finish the statement before my airtime finished. As I was trying to borrow she called and said I'll have to wait blabla and I said no that someone even got hers yesterday and did change of name. Why's my own now different that I want my passport. She ended the call and keeps rejecting my calls. So I went to send her a voicenote, I poured out my heart angrily while watching my words too because she might use the unnecessary against me. She has listened to it and didn't respond, I don't know whatever steps she might've been taking now but I'm really scared. All I want is the product of service I paid for, 30k debt is still on me and chocking me badly, no source of income, the only means I'm hoping on I got an incompetent hand depressed is understatement

1) You have to do your NIN because it’s now part of requirement to get your Nigerian passport. Some people said NIS Centres in Ibadan and Abeokuta doesn’t require NIN, I don’t know much about that but I’m sure Lagos and Abuja requires your NIN.
2) NIN is required for all Nigerians and legal residents in Nigeria. You should try and register your baby for the NIN. You’ll need your NIN slip or your wife’s NIN slip, the birth certificate and you’re good to go.
3) Change of name due to marriage and change of data can only be done in NIS HQ in Abuja. For your wife to do that, she’ll need to change her surname on her NIN to yours, the marriage certificate, change of name affidavit, newspaper publication and a photocopy of your Nigerian passport.

I would advise you confront her in person and find a superior third party to step in. I had a challenge where the agent I used kept on telling me that my file had not been verified and the reason why I had not been called for capturing, only to realise after involving a third party that my file was no where to be found, that is, if there was a file in the first place. A new file was eventually opened for me and I have captured to the glory of God.

Here's hoping my experience is an exception, and that the right people get involve this time. By the way, today makes it exactly three months since I have been captured. I just took the bold step of reporting, initially I was waiting till Friday before taking any steps after yesterday's heat argument, chatted her up today it's like hell. So I've reported. Thanks guys

That's a good one. You could take a further step by going to their office to see if you can approach someone who could help look into your case and find out what the actual challenge is and possibly resolve it for you.
Just approach any superior officer and narrate your experience. You can't tell who God would use to resolve your challenge.

They do not require guarantor’s form.
They need two consent letters from each parent. Passprt data page of both parents plus non of one parent.
Application form
Original birth certificate etc
Application form, payment slip, acknowledgmtn slip, 2 passprt photos
