Like you I am not IPOB, but I admire some of the achievements of ESN.

Since you are against IPOB and some of their methods, please state 1-2 line solutions that you would have proposed/developed or implemented to resolve each of following issues that Igbos have faced for years and in some cases for decades ;

1. Rape, maiming and killing of your supposed kinsmen and kinswomen by Fulani Herdsmen

2. The setting up of Fulani Herdsmen camps in our farms and forests

3. Open grazing and/or RUGA

4. Proliferation of Poilice checkpoints in the South East that caused so much pain

5.
SARs extrajudicial killings of hundreds of innocent Igbo youth

6.
Mass prostitution of many Igbo girls

7.
Rapidly falling academic standards in the South East

8. Self serving and fraudulently elected governors

Thanks for your contribution.

For anyone that comes here to start writing rubbish and insulting Igbos, may your years multiply by 1/2

I personally don't believe that Non-IPOB Igbo exist. There is nothing like that considering what that acronym means. All Igbo are IPOB. Only that there are some of our people who are bone headed ( Ndi is I okpukpu). And let me tell you bro, they have no alternative solutions besides what is presently being done by IPOB as led by Onyendu.

I pray that as we all stand strong together to weather this present storm, they will enjoy a new anointing of self realization and awareness, amen.

At least not true violence.

Some of us are born with a silver spoon, some are not, as long as society exists, these things will never change.

We already know these, I may not be happy that these politicians children enjoy private jets and cool rides while the common man is struggling looking for his daily bread, if u want to fight for Nigeria, do not do what will make the ordinary man loose his option of survival, Ipob madness is not affecting the politicians and their children, it only affect the common man, u don't resort to destruction of properties and tell me u are fighting for me, how is that gonna help me? I no send u work.
There are many ways to solve a problem without indirectly killing the man u are fighting for, if things continue like this, everybody fit die before ur yeye Biafra come

Every society has the bourgeoisie and proletariat, if u destroy the country, I don't think a man with 20billion naira will be affected but me that is still counting in thousands and millions can loose everything.

Dear Ipob, u are not fighting for us by trying to destroy the country.

You are agitating like criminals, you didn't carry your leaders along, instead of seeking their support, you were taunting them

My brother, I am only asking. I am not IPOB either but started listening to MNK about 4-5 months ago and heard about some of their achievements.

My question really is, what replacements do we have ? None ? Some ? Or just become slaves for the sake of peace ?

I am igbo and we are travellers....the nostalgia of working and hustling all over the world and going to our hometowns during December for a well deserved holidays,in beautiful and peaceful architectural edifices ,can not be compared to the mess that has been happening.

I dont like getting into politics ,because i still cannot understand it,but what baffles me,is that the geographical size of the 5 eastern states,is just a little bit bigger than Niger state. We Igbos are entrepreneurs,we turn 100k to millions in a couple of years with patient and hard work.

So ,my solution is simply this ,let our governors and politicians use their monthly allocations and build the east.My hometown is 90% privately developed with tarred roads, gutters and street light. The only government presence ,is the police station, which was burnt during Endsars, but has been rebuilt by an industrialist.

Let us use the little we have and fix our small land( holiday homes).

We weren't always travellers. There was a time when we were content to dwell within the confines of our God allocated land until of course the introduction of the British and their cohorts from Europe. We have rich farmland that can feed all our people, but this has now come under imminent threat from unwanted visitors, especially those that come with dastardly ulterior motives.

Furthermore, money is not everything in life and while some of you may indeed be turning a few thousands into millions, this is not applicable to all and sundry. There is a large portion of our people who dependent upon farming to survive. How are you spreading that money around to help the less priviledged amongst you or are you one of those who is happy to dwell in the midst of poverty and wretchedness ?

What happens if the immigration laws in Europe and other countries change and they send you packing back to Nigeria, how will you cope without a land, property and income ?

Think about the bigger picture.

What you wrote is apt my brother, and that is why i said the government of the 5 eastern state should do more with their allocations, since the private sector have done half their job.

And please note we never leave our own behind...let me give you an example, during the covid 19 lockdown, our ordinary town meeting, lagos branch, made sure every home that needed food supplies were provided with supplies and cash donations were made simultaneously....Let our state government do more, its not rocket science to me,but deception.....compare the road Emeka Offor built close to 20 years ago from onitsha - owerri expressway ,through Ora ifite to Nnewi with the ones the state government built just some 5 years ago and see what i mean.

Honestly,it cannot happen, that is why i said i don't understand politics...there is this widow ,that lives in her small bungalow in a choice land in my hometown. Many rich people have tried with every strategy to get her off the land to a less valuable land ,but they couldn't....when there is a will there will always be a way with the Igbo people.

In the late 90,s /early 2000,s kidnappings ,robberies and all sorts of crime were much in the East, that nobody travels home anymore......but the problem was solved ,although in a barbaric manner by the bakkassi vigilantes .

What i am trying to say is ,we are problem solvers ,but we can only solve them with wisdom. You dont go to a gun fight with a knife. You go to a gun fight with a bigger gun.

And in the case of the Fulani marauders, the government protecting them will go one day.And a bigger gun than theirs will be in the hands of a truthful and just government.
