Example attached. It doesn't matter if it is a Xiaomi, Tecno or a windows PC. The rules are the same. Or always download videos with subtitles encoded.

So when I watch a movie and want to add downloaded subtitles I can easily find them

On my redmi there do not display in my phone at all, it's almost like I did not download anything

Use ucbrowser to download the subtitle files.
Chrome has that problem of not displaying small files that are downloaded sometimes.

Open any file manager and go to the download folder to see if the srt files are available and if yes you have to manually pick the subtitles I prefer Mx player and here's a screenshot of srt files..
Just tap the subtitles icon on MX Player and locate the folder you downloaded the srt files and select it.

I want to see your download folder in this way not from the home screen of your file manager.

Then sort according to modification time.

It is not just RN10 Pro though. A whatsapp update effected the change of location.

Use a third party manager like Solid Explorer Pro, Mixplorer, ES Explorer Pro

Check Rexdl or Moddroid for them

If it is upto an hour hold down the power button for 15 seconds.

When you switch it back on. Hold Power button and up volume key to go recovery and reboot from there.
