It's no longer news how NIN agents are extorting people.
Unfortunately for me there's a mistake in my DOB and was asked to pay 40k by an agent.
After my research, I learnt of a website "remita .net" which I can follow and pay 15k instead but I am not sure of it's genuineness.
Please I need guidance on this update. I don't have 40k to pay.

Print out the receipt from remita, take it alone with your birth certificate, voter's card or waec ( any other documents showing your real DOB) with a written letter addressed to the director general of ninc to any approved center for nin registration. You can go to your local government secretariat.
