I don't disagree with you about Tuchel protecting his players cos many of them are not robust so they need special set-up to protect them. This includes Rudiger, Alonso, Azpi and Jorginho as you rightly mentioned. Kudos to Tuchel for that, but such system is not consistent to win you the league week in, week out. It can prosecute individual games only. Tuchel 19 games record would finish him on 76 points or so if extrapolated to a full season, that's why we need to move away from these specialist players.
