I get what you're saying but looting and corruption also leads to deaths and mayhem for the masses. Taking money out of the economy and warehousing it offshore or hiding it wherever causes major disruptions in the economy. See how Dubai is built up and shining and we have leagues of killer armed robbers, kidnappers, and yahoo ppl whom have lost hope?
