I get the point you are trying to make, but Northern Nigeria is not a particularly intelligent place. You can even look at academic performance within the country. The Fulani advantage is cultural/ instinctual, not intellectual.

Even though I also have my reservations against Fulani people, I believe the Igbos carry that title in Africa. Most foreigners that claim to hate Nigerians indirectly refer to Igbos.
