He want to have a place in computer village and do the hustle without much stress and (abaranje) shudnt b an option considering proximity to Ikeja and the ease to do wuber.

Anything apart from surulere, mushin, somolu or airport area shouldnt be his consideration due to close proximity to Ikeja and ease of sweet surge wen he want to do wuber and you can get house within 500k budget.

After much investigation on my part in regards to the new monikers dat sprung up due to 2k challenge i came to a conclusion that Raw2 is the same person as cheerfulgiver and the Gabrint…. Is the same person as kanuisagoatee.

I have alot of proofs.

Hint: kanu n cheerfulgiver has bin off this thread for a few days now. But under the d guise of not wanting to say anything on the forum in other to avoid voilence, but wen dey heard of challenge they resurrected to claim the price under a new Moniker hence after the winning dey go back to hiding grin

Well done to everybody that participated in the 'We at Dru' grin Mid-Year Challenge.

We got 8 entries and here is the ranking starting with the highest.

1st Raw2 - N199,300
2nd Gabrinchi256 - N193,300
3rd Morax - N189,350
Eyinola - N72,100
NaijaCr7 - N70,500
Ksmart027 - N68,500
Paparaxo - N60,900
Donfortune48 - N36,600

I am tempted to consider a consolation prize for 4th but the gap is too wide.

This is purely for motivation and to reward hard work. It isn't easy. Permit me to state, the best and advisable work habit was shown by Gabrinch256...don't work everyday, u will burnout fast, have rest for yourself and your car. Sundays are easy cash out days, if u can, take advantage of it. But by all means do what works for u.

So winners should contact me and send account details. My work is done here.

Thank you.

Honestly I think it's unfair that names that never contribute to the thread are to three but I don't drive so what do I know?

bro pleas drop your number , make i call you, thanks so much

Please whatever you do don't ever reason abaranje. If not for anything ikotun hold up is one and then secondly abaranje has one of the worse roads in that axis.

However you could try shasha because of the close proximity to Ikeja due to your business and it is not as rowdy as abaranje.

Another major factor when looking for a house in Lagos is access to good water and regular power supply. Don't fall victim to agents telling you, "oga if you pay we go dig bore hole" or "oga na just burglary remain and tiles..."

If you ever get to see an apartment of your choice and it uses the analog metre please ask to see the amount owed on that metre by the previous user, otherwise you will just end up inheriting your rent in electricity bill.

Lastly, try out jiji but use your discretion!!!

@ Uber 11. Try new oko oba.Puposola Street, Fagba n environs., it's easily accessible from computer village.

Borehole water, light ( prepaid, non negotiable), security of the compound. Things to watch out for.

Greed for this hustle no be am o

I had a couple of work related runnings to do in the morning, got so occupied that I skipped breakfast. Around 12:00 I started driving, I thought to make a little cash before going to eat, besides I prefer eating at Yakoyo and I’m no where near it’s axis ( would have requested for destination trip but I was having just 1 left and that’s reserved), so make I continue driving till a trip takes me to Lekki phase 1

Around 3:40 pm a ride took me to studio 24 side, phase 1. At this point my tommy had begin to make some funny funny noises.

While on the trip I clicked on ‘stop incoming requests’. ( a part of me wouldn’t actually mind a trip to Yayoko or it’s surrounding gangan, but I was too hungry to give it a second thought) Got to destination, rider paid, I clicked on ‘confirm price’ (Oh no! I shouldn’t have done that). But Just before I could quickly slide on ‘go offline’ my phone rang, a new trip entered with a 1.4 multiplier, destination: Yakoyo, pick up: the next street to where I was (ahn ahn isn’t God wonderful?)

I was just sitting there in my car imagining how I will do justice to the Amala and Goat meat. Like 3 mins later these fresh boys stormed out of their hotel, easy pickup (at this point I was already feeling lucky). So I started the trip then boom!!

I saw 42min to destination. What?? (I could literally feel my brain expanding in my skull). I couldn’t believe my eyes nor trusted the map, so I take speed enter the bolt app. Then I saw almost the same time of completion (there, it dawned on me that these guys had probably added a stop)

With a very serious face I asked ‘bro abeg where una dey go?’ He said Yakoyo but they quickly want to pick an item up somewhere in Lagos island (for my mind ehn? I don slam the guy head for dashboard and throw am out through the door window)

Long story short, na now I just dey take my breakfast!

Agent don show u shege for lagos grin uber11 make sure u search for house during raining season as well. Don't even bother taking a house with analog metre or story that they r waiting for prepaid metre.

Dear Comrade.
@pearl1910

I'm writing this with a heavy heart to inform you that I must jam your motor anywhere I see you.

Must you include my name on that list? Even if you should, why not show little pity and put my name not at the bottom? Or even omit it same way you omitted BAZ001's name. Now you've succeeded in making me the undeserved head of the Lazy drivers

Everyone know I'm a hardworking fellow, but you just succeeded in putting my clean name/reputation in Jeopardy.

If I see you, I must jam your motor.

Signed.
Donfortune.

With regards to your earlier statement and plans, please never go to Abaranje, Meiran, Igando, Ikotun, ijegun. Even Egbeda.
Even if you don't mind the traffic coming out in the morning, please mind the traffic going home in the evening.

Your budget for a house should be able to get you a decent one around Ogba, Ojodu and OPIC. Even inside Ikosi Ketu.

I would rather stay in a boys quarter in surulere than a duplex in any of those forbidden areas.
