PLEASE HELP
Hello everyone I have gone through most of the thread but I still have a few questions.
1. Can I simply notarize sponsors employment letter and payslips because they were not signed as they were sent via email?

2. My accomodation letter doesnt have a start date but it says i will pay the money on arrival and it is valid throughout my studies. Although i already paid 100euro deposit. Is this sufficient?

3. On the application form, is the departute the date on the flight reservation or the date i will leave poland after studies thats after 3 years?

4. I have been unable to get a return reservation for up to 1 year, can i leave it as be less than 1 year (6 months) on the reservation?

5. My course is bsc nursing for 3 years but i already have bsc microbiology, do I need to give the embassy my bsc microbiology certificate as well because i had to give it to my school?

6. My sponsors CC limit for me is 10M. Is this sufficient?

I would really appreciate a response or a link to find the answers. Tanks in advance.

The person you met is obviously ignorant.

You can see an example statement from Access Bank here (https://nairaland.com/2272115/polish-student-visa/113#93795231)

Ask to meet the branch manager or someone with more experience.

Credit card is even on Access Bank's website. Show them so they can make appropriate calls.

OK, thank you, I will approach the bank tomorrow. Thanks

1. The only document you are required to NOTARIZE is the sponsorship letter

2. No

3. Yes. Because I haven't seen your accommodation letter/contract I will suggest that you please check my recent post on what makes a valid accommodation letter / contract to ensure that you have addressed all the requirements for a valid accommodation letter/contract. I just posted it.

4. On the Visa Form Intended arrival date TO Poland should match your intended departure date on your flight reservation. That's the date you intend leaving Nigeria and arrive in Poland. The intended departure date FROM Poland should be like the very next day or few days after the end date of your course/program.

5. Yes thats fine.

6. You are not required to submit educational documents to the embassy when submitting documents for visa

7. More than enough. Though I think that's a lot but then again I don't know what your total expenses are. But yes that should be way more than enough.

Hope this helps.

I filled a wrong country as "member state of first entry". Also, the wrong phone number for my school. Do you have their email address?

Did they state it that it is the reason for your visa denial?

school's accommodation isn't enough because it's only booking you did, you've not paid for the rent.
And the embassy needs a one year accommodation contract.
The only reason you can present school's accommodation letter is if you have paid the rent for one year.
But just the reservation by the school isn't enough.
You either pay for one year accommodation or you get an accommodation contract from any landlord.

Maybe she selected a non-member state as first entry. E.g Turkey.
