my brother the present centralized system has failed woefully. The American system we copy has used the state police framework with great success. The centralized system we are practicing is just to favor IG of police. After all katsina governor said it and I quote "you cannot expect a sergeant from enugu to come and protect me" end of quote.

In my state of residence, neighborhood watch was formed and people were applauding the work they were doing.
