Good day everyone.I shall try to explain my problem as clear as possible.

I never own an account.On monday 5th of july,i went to create one as Access bank.It is known that i would need a BVN.I was given a BVN reg.form to fill.The bank officials wants to help me to check my date of birth through the NIN.But,unfortunately,theysaid they encountered network failure and cannot able to check my DOB.They urge me to wait while they were attending to other complainants but after few minute i decided to leave.I put down my original DOB.Up till now,i keep feeling guilt that "what if the DOB on the NIN is different on what i pen down".Now I had already dialed *565*0# and found out that i had already been issued a BVN,but i haven't received my account number yet.The bank is pretty far!!! please help me!!! does this happen as a result of difference in DOB on NIN and BVN I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

you are already sounding guilty. You sound like someone who forged age. If you put your real age in your NIN same as your bank,you wouldn't need to be worried.

You have to go back to your bank and submit the exact details you used for your NIN

Uncle,please,speak less of what you know not.And,please don't accuse me wrongly.This occurence is not really to be attributed to me in actual fact.I only seek help through this platform as it occur to my immediate relative.Uncle,what i need is your experience and your pity.It's quite a long story.

c.If the DOB on the NIN doesn't correlate with what is written on the BVN reg.form and i can't recall the date on NIN,please uncle what are d possible solutions?

you can't get a bvn if your DoB doesn't tally with that of your NIN.

Go to your bank and collect update form,update your bvn profile by updating your date of birth to tally with your NIN

Your eminence,i had been issued BVN yesterday which was clearly displayed on my mobile device by dial *565*0#.Does this means that the date on d BVN reg.form matches that on the NIN? If so,is that a cause to be rest assured that i would be given a account number?

then your data was synchronized automatically with your details on the Nimc data base using your NIN. In that case,nothing to fear

it depends, you may not be able to link it if there are discrepancies. But I think you are safe since you have it already.

simple thing wey u fit call customer care to correct, dem go make u turn there branch to ur second-home.
forget the account, open GTB,UBA or Zenith, i swear u noh go eva regret ham.

go to the bank to inquire why the account number hasn't been issued.

But I believe you have an account number,just go to customer care desk to get the briefing

Boss,i will go and request a refund,they had caused much anxiety to me,imagine,since Monday!

4050 naira keh, i still get 23,123.27 balance for the acc, afta all d stress dem tell me say within 48hrs, till today dem neva unblock d acc coz of ordinary name error wey BVN show say nah me get d account o.

Wetin dey say do their head!Name error keh! shey d name on ur account doesn't match what's on your bvn ni!
