First the invitation message starts like 'you are scheduled for an interview with our HR'.
Secondly, the interview messages, most times, comes in a day before the 'fake scheduled' interview.
Thirdly, most messages does not come with the position you applied for this is because, most of the senders lied about many positions and do not know the actual one they are sending to.
Fourthly, messages comes with ref.code like HR419
Fiftly, most messages does not carry name of the company this so because they tried to maximize the one page message system.
Sixtly, most messages are abbreviated. E.g cum wit ur CV.

In conclusion, it is saddening that GNLD has filled the job search space, deceiving jobseekers with lies and falsehood. Even, they have taken over credible job search website now. They will post a position like a legitimate one just to get your CV and send you messages.
Unfortunately na like this we go dey dey simply because, this is Nigeria....

4. Conduct: we all know how naija interviewers are..... So if you reach there and the people are very nice, polite and friendly and even offer you a seat before anything.... NA DEM

5. Interviewing style: If they put you all together and start lecturing you people instead of calling you people one by one and asking you questions..... NA DEM.

6. Lecture: If they start telling you guys how you can be making more money and how you can be making millions without depending on salary... NA DEM

If at any point you discover that it's them, just get up and tell them you're not interested and that you are going.
