I eventually got their helpddesk, she said I shoild go to my bank for reversal. The bank said the reversal will take another 1 week. My reccomodation pls try as much as possible to pay physically through your bank. Imagine I paid siin on the 10th of june last month only to be told now that I have to do reversal. The lord is my strength.

Please have you eventually received the reversal? I paid same day through SaanaPAY via Zenith app. Debit but no value, communicating with SaanaPAY has been frustrating. I've had to effect a reversal process as well.

I will advise you stamp your guarantors form even before getting to the immigration office in abk .
just so go straight into the immigration office on your left hand side is the help desk submit your credentials to anyone you find there and you'll be giving directions on what to do I next l vet my document and captured same day strictly DIY

Did you input your nin when applying?
Did you click in ePassport, when applying, because I can't find the standard passport option?

I started the process by 8am and finished by 6:10 pm.

click on standard passprt. E passport is a form of the standard passport

what kind of error? Some are able to be corrected by local immigration offices. Pls send an email to nis and they will let you know or ring them.

You mean you submitted, did vetting and capturing the same day in ikoyi office �. All using DIY? Wow! This is the first time am hearing something good from ikoyi office with DIY applicant.

We went to Abeokuta in order to avoid NIN as it's mandatory in Lagos. So we didn't submit NIN for wife's.

3. Affidavit for name change
4. Application form
5. Payment slip(2 copies)
6. Passport photograph(2 copies)
7. Hand written letter
8. Data page of passport

Document for baby(fresh passport)
1. Application form
2. NPC as birth certificate
3. Payment slip(2)
4. Photograph(2)
5. Combined hand written consent letter
6. Father's PP data page
7. Mother's NIN

Note: Mother's NIN was submitted as it won't affect neither the mother nor the baby. They just need the number and the Mothers pasport has expired.

And the person helping me with the process said the portal isn’t opened for online submission for fresh passport since they are treating my application as fresh. Please how true is this concerning the online portal being closed. The stress since March has been too much on me

Yeah, two different things. I will advise you first proceed to the vetting room (front office) where you submitted your application since you didn't go on your scheduled date.

Well depending on the location u chose. If you selected Abeokuta, my advice is for you to go very early cause the first set of people they always attend to everyday are the backlogs (those that their capturing date have passed) and about interview and capturing I doubt if there is a difference since you've submitted your docs before now.
