my phone does not charge when it is powered on but charge when I switched off the phone, the problem started this morning

Force restart your phone ( hold power button for as long as possible till your phone turns off).

Please guys kindly recommend a good Xiaomi phone for a budget of 60k.
My main focus is camera quality (because of business pictures) and storage.

Phones are expensive now oooo, your budget should be almost doubled for what you seek.

I bought mine in May. Very enjoyable so far, but last week Friday I noticed the left earpod don't charge anymore. I've tried everything possible. Recharged it but it's refused to work. Keeps saying battery low.
The right works perfectly tho.

I might call customer care last last.

Haven't experience such, contact them, they should have solution to it

You can't turn on what your operator doesn't support.

Please someone should help me,ever since I updated my note 9 to android 11 I'm unable to move files to the OBB folder. It's really annoying

That is part of the features of Android 11 if you cared to follow the launch and this thread since.

Anyway download a 3rd party file manager like Solid Explorer Pro or Mixplorer Pro from Revdl and grant it necessary permissions on your Android folder.

When I used nTel I could turn on VoLTE on my device maybe your A device doesn't support it.

Just Checked and Redmi 8a supports Dual VoLTE

If you do this and it didn't work it is probably from the network not provisioning it.

Up ur budget a little bit to 70k or 75k and go for Xiaomi Poco M3 or Redmi 9t, then use Gcam application to blend it.
You will still come here to testify and share chin chin

You can check the terminals and try to clean them.

My redmi 7a automatically switches off after 3 mins when I put on the torch at night, what could be the problem, it only comes on like 15 mins later after several attempts to power it. I decided to stop using to torch for now, pls gurus help me with a solution, thanks in anticipation.

Better still Redmi Note 10 4/64 if possible. Just to avoid the stress of GCam.
