I applied to one of their faculties, although in Katowice. Paying through the portal is only possible if ur debit card allows you to pay beyond 100 dollars...so I paid to the school bank account. Then I uploaded the documents via the portal. Although, I did a lot calling to ensure they verify my payments on time. Beyond all this, you can't complete other things on the portal, they are having IT issue. Once you call the school that you have uploaded the payment receipt or send an email, they will let you know what next.

The eligibility letter will be issued to you at the MOE, you're not to address it.

Because the Poland embassy in Abuja serves several other countries and there is only one phone number to call for appointment only on Thursdays the line is always busy because there many people calling so to increase your chances u can help from as many friends and family as possible to increase your chances of getting through.

Note: Guys there will be no calls next week Thursday the 22nd as the Poland embassy will be observing the holiday. Normally when u call for appointment on Thursdays they give you a date for the immediate following week but due to their holiday next week if you call for appointment tomorrow they MAY give you a date for 2 weeks out .

Nope there is no guarantee that the call time tomorrow will be lengthened. Depends on how fast the slots gets full. The embassy will shut the line once their slots are filled or by 1pm nigerian time whichever comes first.

So brother/sis do not get your hopes up about lengthened time. It’s business as usual tomorrow trust me.

Also my brother/sister note if u look around anywhere we as Nigerians see that there is milk and honey, this appointment problem will be there. There may be different methods for booking appointment at this different embassies but the appointment problem will be the same. Usa, Germany, Poland, Canada even lithuania now has backlog. You name it the list goes on. Many people want to japa and go to land of milk and honey so there will be traffic jam there. If u see place wey traffic jam no Dey hmmm better start to Dey think twice. It’s either we don’t know there is milk and honey there which I doubt Bc as Nigerians we know a lot OR the place no get better milk and honey opportunities OR something that does not Favour us at the moment .

But if u believe in the cause, do not give up hang in there. Information is key to acquiring knowledge and knowledge is power so if and when u are stuck ask for help , ask questions. Trust me someone out there has the answer or has more info than u do and they could be one step ahead of the game. So please ask questions and stay on a cause u believe in.
