I don't know, I am speaking in general terms. Whenever a matter is brought before the supreme court, they normally issue an injunction to maintain status quo until the matter is heard and decided by the court. It's not like the final judgement of the court, it's more like the court saying no one should do anything until they decide the case. If this case is between both states and not individuals, then I doubt that there was any ruling in a lower court since it should be normally a supreme court matter.

This is not a case of tribe its state boundaries matter, why are naira land kids always making a fool of themselves,

Federal government is only acting as usual as college of fools.
Rivers State is appealing a previous judgement by high Court which awarded some oil wells to imo, instead of waiting for the supreme court decision, they gave extra oil wells to imo. Unfortunately, they simply want to punish Wike and other rivers politicians that will want to use their oil money to curry political favors. Uzodimma is fighting a cold war with Wike and Rochas I really underestimated his capacity.

I think this is more political. "Maybe" the FG wants to get back at Wike for all his "too much talks". Same thing played out when Amaechi was the governor and Wike, minister where oil wellls in Rivers were ceded to Calabar ... I think.
