Guys I want to clarify one question I keep getting over and over again.

Question: What is an employment certificate ?

Answer: An employment certificate is a document issued by the employer which confirms or verifies that an individual is currently working with company/employer A and it confirms his or her current earnings, current position and states how long the person has been working with the company.
This is more like a letter of confirmation.

Question : Is an employment certificate the same as an employment letter?

Answer: No it is not the same. An employment letter is the same as an appointment letter it is given to u when you initially join a company when the employer hires u. The employment certificate on the other hand is a verification or confirmation of employment as I have explained above.

Hi, please, is it every school that demands for such authentication? Because for my case, I applied for Bsc using my HND, English was waived for me because am from Nigeria and I posted just my Waec for this to be waived? What my school talks about is legalization of document since Nigerian embassy in Poland is disgracing us. Am I also required to do this authentication? Besides, can't one use the MOE in states for this authentication?

Pls, be careful when filling applications form especially that part for means of sustenance. If you are being sponsored click on sponsor, click on others specify then the last space will be highlighted to fill in who's your sponsor is? e.g uncle, father, mother or auntie etc. When using sponsor the credit card space will be blank, they are not referring to the credit card certificate you are submitting in case you are using one.
Please search for Awhobiwom on YouTube on filling Poland visa application form. You will be glad you did.

Please don't use "student dormitory" as the name of the persons/company inviting you to Poland (as seen on the screenshot you uploaded).

Put your school's name and contact information there instead.

And secondly how wil he(my best friend )write the sponsorship letter stating how he is related to me? Because obviously we don't bare same surname

Not all schools request English proficiency test/letter so it's okay not to have
Before legalizing at Polish Embassy, please authenticate at MOE and MOFA to avoid being turned back.
Yes you are required to do the authentication process first..... that's the only way you can legalize and get your Eligibility letter.
Also note that it's only Abuja signatories that are recognized

I will apply there, but first your documents has to be legalised before you apply. So it is stated in their portal
