there is no law against tattoo in Nigeria, also there is no law preventing the Police from arresting Nigerians anyhow without good reason.

It's becoming the reality that any Nigerian who is smart should not to do anything that might cause any undue attention from the Police, especially if that Nigerian knows fully well he or she doesn't have connection (political and social).
