If you actually assess anything good Ramires did for Chelsea, it was as a right winger. He never performed in the centre.

Your opinion holds no weight because Mikel and Ramires partnership did not last another 5 months after booting Chelsea out of UCL group stage when asked to form defensive base for an attacking team and continuing to struggle in the league. Within few months, Mikel was bench fodder while Ramires was sent to China. Since Mikel and Ramires is your standard, I think Jorginho should fit right in with such low standards.

I can definitely buy a club in Ogbomisho and fund them comfortably whereas I doubt you can fund kit and boots for a children's team.

Yeah I like the guy too. Watched him a few times in Porto, especially in the UCL.

Of all the guys returning from loan deals, he's probably the likeliest to break in.

Not all these lads would make it straight into Chelsea first team. Whoever want to leave should be allowed to. Getting £15m from Guehi's sale is a catch with the clause inserted ( that allows Chelsea to match any rival bid in future sale) is not bad.
Look at Lamptey holding his own at Brighton, if he wasn't bold to leave, we won't know how good of a player he is . Some pundits are already projecting him to be Patrice Evra kinda player in the future.
Is it not better to sell these youngsters outrightly than loan them to frustration?
