Well, it appears that Niger Deltans are happy for any exploitative arrangement so long as it does not benefit Igbos. All hell will have been let loose if Igbos were to be involved. However as it stands now, Niger Deltans appear to be happy with the status quo, especially where they are positioning themselves to be the 3rd power block in Nigeria, behind Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba. Niger Delta is mostly unbothered.
