The premier access is $30 and seeing it in theaters is a lot cheaper than that.

Only a household of 2,3 or more persons will pay that $30 easily rather than going theaters.

Unlike box office numbers, Disney+ cume cannot be verified by any other party except Disney themselves so it is easy to report fake numbers

Tony Stark sold weapons of war to the highest bidder.
Captain America and Tony Stark as avengers killed hundreds of people in sokovia when fighting ultron. That is even why Nemo hated them.
