Its not possible he doesn't know the difference na oga....

He said they wrote 'Lastname' and 'Surname'

They are both same. And he's asking what to do... When you wanna sign up, you will understand what he's trying to say

No, except u hv LASRRA number..i applied 2yrs ago bc i didnt hv d numbr i was nt selected.
even if u want to gt admision into Lagstate gov sch u must hv it as long as u r upto 5yrs old
