Hmm if you can invest in side hustle while earning the 110k for future purpose fine..
The only benefit attached to working with government is that there's promotion ..that 62k is just for a period of 3years tho it might take time but Worth it. Level 10earns 100kplus I guess is between 105-110 including pension etc but take home is around 90k and it will take you like 7years in service before you will get to level 10.. so it's left to you to decide

B edu will start from level 8..with 62k then you move to another level every 3years by writing promotional exam... each level with it's own salary

U made a point, but in reality the so called edu graduates are not better than non edu graduates in teaching. I teach for a living, I'm a non edu graduate, some of the edu graduates I ve worked with normally learn how to write lesson plan from me.
in terms of knowledge of the subject matter, non edu graduates are the best, cos while in uni, they focus on their specialized subject, unlike edu graduates that spend half of their years in uni cramming education theories made for the whites. A civil engineering graduate will teach maths better than a maths edu graduate cos he has used maths to solve real-life problems.
