"Nigeria has failed me" Lawyer cries out as policemen watch him fight robber without help

A young Nigerian lawyer has narrated an ordeal on how men of the Nigerian police snubbed during an encounter with criminals in Lagos State.

The legal practitioner who identified himself as Bright Obec Okoro had shared on Monday with the caption "Nigeria have failed me".

Narrating on the regrettable ugly incident, Okoro said he was attacked robbed of his belongings in front of five (5) armed police officers right on their van at the Ikeja axis of Lagos.

Ur waking up know when I was in Nigeria I saw this two guys fighting and the police was around watching them in Enugu I called there attention to it the way this police men looked at me I was scared the where busy gisting it was passer by who stepped in and separated them since then I understood the level of decay Nigeria police is at the need total remodeling and employing more smart people into police not touts

But police is your friend?

He's even lucky the police didn't arrest him after the robbers left.

One of the purpose of the End SARS was to fight for police. Not to fight against them. You know that.

Those who attacked the police were miscreants, armed robbers, and fraudsters who aren't in police good books...

Definitely, over 90% of the original protesters only wanted a police they can be proud of and not SARS. Policemen who would be well paid, trained, and motivated...

The civilized citizens do not deserve such barbaric treatments from the police. It's these hoodlums and armed robbers who would be rejoicing that they've succeeded in crippling the police...

Don't take what you see online seriously... I, for instance, have friends in the police force. I don't do anything suspicious to make me afraid of police. Why then would I be against policemen. It doesn't make sense at all. This is the same with many other folks out there.

No sensible educated person would be proud that miscreants are overpowering the police. We all know the consequence of this is anarchy (which is what these miscreants badly want).

My take still remains that no legit person out there would be against regular policing (not SARS). NO LEGIT PERSON. The police have many bad eggs. But we know that there are many good eggs too. I have met some of them...

My dear. If you do nothing suspicious, 98 percent of the time, the police has got nothing on you.

I am not naive. I know the bad eggs in police frame good people up to extort them. That happens...

Nigerian police and Robbers are like 5and6.

I dont think a sensible person will join the police force .

I don't expect more policeman in heaven than Armed Robbers
