A Nigerian lady by the name Bernard Anita Ugochinyere on Facebook decided to announce her divorce from her husband.

In her words, she clearly stated "Happy divorce" to me. " There were different reactions to this decision of hers to bring her marital problems to public view on Facebook by her friends.

While some cheered her on, others castigated her for such announcement but she didn't care but rather gave them her own dose of points of view.

This goes to show that she is at pains. When you see this kind of celebration just know that reverse psychology is at play

Why would reverse psychology be at play when domestic violence was involved? She will only be in pains cos it took her so long to divorce the idiot.

If the announcement makes her happy, then....
If People can announce when the going is good like getting married, House dedications etc on Facebook and people were happy...
Why is it extremely wrong to announce when the going was bad like breaking free, job loss etc...the fact that she decided not to have a "SENSORY lifestyle" should not be anyone's headache cheesy

There are two sides of every marital case. Only fools will conclude based on her own facts only. No one knows if she's the cause of her insecurities and frustration. Although, different people have different views about such a situation but it seems to me as though she wasn't even ready for marriage or even knew what marriage means before she dived in.

Well in the name of a civilized world, I celebrate with her. But if it's the same heaven that Jesus has prepared for the saints she wants to enter after death, she had better remain divorced and celibate till death.

I'm very happy for the next man who will successfully woo and get her to open up her body to him.

If he plays his cards right, he'll enjoy having casual sex with her frequently without ever hearing funny questions like 'what are we now' or 'where are we heading to'.

Damaged women like this are usually good candidates for having no-strings-attached sexual relationships with since they are never in a rush to enter into another serious committed relationship after a messy marriage.

Lol. Oya beautiful woman no vex.

Look around you, there are many women (beautiful) that married not to handsome men and they don't see it from the spectrum you do.

Some would even tell you that they are fortunate to be with their man, but because it's only beauty you possess, you think that's all that needs to build a home and make a great career.

It's an irony that a lady who has Saint and the name Mary as a monicker has a jaundiced view. Lol grin

I don't see why I need to explain myself to you, but, I'll bear with you for a bit.

Physical appeal goes a long way in social interactions.
Sure it's not a priority in marital choice, but it's important nonetheless.

I won't stoop low enough to respond to your snarky comment.
