My son is just 2 years 3 months old, my wife is already giving me headache to put him in school.
I am considering maybe when he gets to 3 or 4 years

2 to 3 years is ok

Considering how children learn quickly these days, two years is okay to start school I think. Otherwise the child might become too attached (to parents) as he/she gets older, and the separation anxiety might be harder to deal with.
That age is also right for children to start interacting with their mates.

No homeschool, in my time we started school at 6 years

About year to for nursery school, about four years for elementary school and ten to eleven years for junior secondary. finishes secondary by 16years. if the child is brilliant ( teaching him or her at home during the evenings and holidays at modest levels o, no need over stressing them) then he can jump between one to four classes. The truth is that serious education only starts at the senior secondary level, a healthy and well formed child can easily handle the lower classes with some parental help. Don't ever leave your children's education to their teachers alone no matter how much you pay in school fees.

You both should’ve started by homeschooling him. Especially from when he was 6month old.

You start by using these educational videos. They help a lot.
By the time he would start school, he would have learned how to read and identify alphabets and numbers.
Even shapes and colors.

A year and half atmost two years .
To make them bond with their mates easily .

Everyone is an expert on everything nowadays.

A toddler is not supposed to be in school. They can go to kindergarten but it's too early for formal education.
