The FG is interested in a fair trial! If not, FG could have killed him either in Kenya (or wherever he was arrested) or when he got to Nigeria without anyone knowing. People will just be suspecting without any evidence. Also, FG could have kept him in detention without telling anybody he has been re-arrested. Who will know?
So for the FG to have immediately brought him before a judge, you should appreciate FG want to try him.
Also, the court declared IPOB a terrorist organization, not FG.

The Likes of Chief Adeyemo SUNDAY Igboho is what the Nigeria need to be a better place . He trade his comfort and affluence for the life of the oppressed .When President Buhari who sworn to protect life and properties of all Nigerians irrespective of their tribe chose to empower his kinsmen with AK-47 and watch Fulani herdsmen Killing, raping the people of southern Nigeria ,Chief Sunday Igboho rose in defense of his people and fought the Fulani criminal herders.
Ironically the real criminals are walking freely and unmolested while the defender of defenseless Yoruba is being treated like a common criminals and was forced to flee for his life into exile and being held currently in Benin Republic.
We thank the government of Benin Republic for respecting international law and human right. There are one thousand and one evidence to support the claim that Chief Sunday Igboho is fighting the course of humanity and specifically the Yoruba. If not that God used him the Fulani herdsmen would have completed the mission of wiping out Yoruba race .
The Fulani stooge in Benin that was playing hide and seek game with Boko Haram for over five years was calling Our defender a MURDEDER when actually he knows who are the real murderers.
God is watching and at appropriate time all of these injustices and it agents will be destroyed by fire from the most high God.
Release Chief Sunday Igboho and allow him to go to where ever he feels his life and safety could be guaranteed and obviously not under the vampire regime of President Muhammed Buhari.
