Oye is the Problem that all of them point to, and for the fact he is been backed by Obiano...makes it herculean.

Democracy in Nigeria is a big scam. Most of our politicians have the worst records in education, economics, integrity and management. The few that seem most suited are frustrated out of the game. The entire political system in the country needs a RESET and CLEANSING or else we will be caught up in a vicious circle of poor and detrimental leadership that degenerates into acute nepotism, hate and ultimately anarchy.

One of the major red flags with a bad leader is lack of ability to create harmony within his followers, the art of being able to bring people of different race, ethnicity, religion together in unity. The ability to create and sustain harmony is a technical people skill that reflects good leadership. This was has been projected by leaders such as; Obama, Nelson Mandela etc.
