Even in highbrow areas, you still have open gutters filled with shiiit and pees, so what are we talking about.

You know how when you play Monopoly, the game, you move around properties, from low value to highest value. Now imagine you move on to the highest value property are in Lagos and guess what? You still have OPEN GUTTERS.

Take a seconds to look inside any open gutter near you. Just examine it for 5 minutes straight, what is the color? Green? Black? Purple? If it’s purple sha, that one is what they call Extra-Contaminated.

The devil really is in the details sha, I too must remember that. They will patch road, and call it a day, yet the little but important things like lane markings and covered sidewalk are almost never done.

I don’t know what kind of civil engineering standard that Open Gutters fall inside sha, maybe the Emgineers in the house can help.

Then the irony of life, is having open gutter right next to multi million dollar properties, like... I’m not gonna be like some others who say that Home owners should repair the roads in front of their houses, cause that don’t make much sense.
