What is his pedigree? How many souls has he won? How many young pastors of his age are even allowed to be Area or Zonal pastors? How did he get promoted so quickly to such a senior position?

Would his father pay him N50k, relieve him of pastorship and kick him out of his accommodation on the grounds that he isn't winning souls (making money)?

Well, he's the heir apparent. This dude will inherit the jets, universities, hotels, schools, printing presses, real estates etc. Go look up the names on the trustees list.
