Hello, my new windows 10 laprop doesnt sleep completely when i press the button or click on the sleep tab.
The screen, and keyboard lights go off, but music being played doesnt stop, and when i contact the touchpad, it comes on and doesnt request for a password. i noticed this today, what can i do about it please? google results havent helped.

Thanks! On my previous laptop, closing the lid alone stops everything and puts the computer to "proper" sleep. i dont know if its normal here on this version of win 10, but it doesnt feel right. sometimes, the light on the power button will breathe blink, sometimes it wont, but when i touch anything, it just comes back up, and doesnt prompt password input.
