my brother well said. But the fact is' governments in this world expecially this Africa is like fraternity. They are well allegiance to each other. Benin is just using our brother Mr igboho to get what they want or some promising compensation from the government before granting their demands. Cameroon, Ghana , Nigeria citizens are well known for using other countries passports. And such matter is rampant in west Africa borders. It's not a big deal at all. That happen everyday. It's all about immigration issues and settlement. France cannot give Benin republic what they need from Nigeria. They need Nigeria more than france.
