If you paid through PayPal, it's simple. PAYPAL will retrieve your money if you excalate the issue. As long as the person didn't deliver as agreed, trust paypal

go to his bank, get a lawyer involve the security operatives, place a lien on his account. Or may 1.2million is a change to you. That why you left him to be playing delay tactics.

He refunded me in 3 part payment.
And strongly apologized that they are having problems with their account and they themselves were victims of bitcoin scam.
He promised to refund every one.

Monex is dubious operation stay far. Infact run. Had bad experience using the service, but somehow they managed to return my funds. The contacts and whatsapp contacts are mostly mute. Fraudulent operation

This monex.ng tried to scam me
I quickly asked PayPal to refund me, and now he wants me to wait until PayPal decides who to refund

It's only $42,buy comrades, it's high time we get this scam website shut down.
