He has offered 5m to anyone who will discredit his data.
I have dealt with networks On this I think Mike is being hoodwinked.
Its not possible to capture data packets unless you hack in to the network, which would be illegal.Technically Dominion say they their network connections don't face the internet.Mike would need hackers in all 50 states. To copy n collate 37TB would be another headache.
Even if he had data captures , decrypting the data would signal the end of the internet.

The only way Mike would be right is if the Dominion machines have GSM connectivity using say at least 3G n above. An audit found an embedded GSM modem last year in the machines but media covered it up
And if they had them, then there would be netflow software at Dominion HQ like Solarwinds that all 50 states voting equipment are managed from.

Most likely they have that, what mike Lindell has is probably data diagrams of their corporate network.
The IC could have fed him fake data knowing he has a loud mouth.
