So if the candidacy of Andy Uba is challenged by a party member in Anambra state base on this Supreme Court ruling, APC stands the chance of been disqualified? I expect Ifeanyi Uba of YYP to do the needful.

For now, the only party/candidate in the forthcoming election with no illegality seems to be YYP and Ifeanyi Uba, the only candidate whose highest academic qualification is NECO certificate. Odogwu nwere street credibility

This is a germaine issue, yet the party wishes to proceed with this illegality. If it does proceed, this might be the beginning of the end of an era.

And Illegal chairman will conduct an illegal congress. This automatically presupposes that any member elected via this congress is an illegal office holder. These illegal officeholders will preside over processes that will elect political officer holders.

Illegality begets illegality, for you cannot put something on nothing and expect it to stand. It will surely crumble.

2023 and post-election 2024 will sure be interesting moments for litigators and the Judiciary. An apt opportunity for the judiciary to change public perception about her.

So many decisions that buhari is taking are completely illegal but people are afraid to take him to the court most especially people from apc, totally disregard for federal character in appointment is one of them.

If buhari leaves govt today and the govt of the day challenge him in court I believe he won't be able to scale through.

How can a president that is not the national chairman or a member of the national executive of a party just wake up one day, convoke a NEC meeting & unilaterally dissolved the party excos yet expects to be on the right side of the law?

The APC have gotten away with so much national impunity, lawlessness and bastardization of our judicial/democratic process that even its own internal affairs are reflections of the damage they have done to our national life.

Malami is the major problem of APC. He has the ears of the ignorant buhari and he's misleading the old man in connivance with some self centered and excessively ambitious governors into ratifying their several illegalities.
