The argument here is Gold Coast refers to some few regions in Ghana and not the entire country.

Ghana was/is made up of 4 different territories of which only one territory was called GOLD COAST so let it sink in.

The exception is Western Cape province which is run by National Party of Boers. Western Cape has kenya level of educational standards and outcomes.

Just show me any other country apart from the South Africa-Namibia that dress their school kids this way.

No sane country will allow small kids to dress like that and go to school. If they are going to the beach or night club - yes. But if you're going to study or to workplace - please have some professionalism instilled - DRESS APPROPRIATELY. Unless you're preparing all of them to end up in the redlight districts.
