I think the FBI deals with crimes in the United States or international criminals living there. The US District court cyber crimes Oga is handling this case. Kyari alleged association with Hushpuppi (the new snitch) may not be in the charter of the FBI and they wouldn't waste time and manpower on such a small amount of money unless they are trying to do harm to the whole of Nigeria.
