I don't know why we Southerners are getting Baba-Ahmed wrong. He's not deciding anything for the political parties. The choice of candidates are with parties but however, on the poll, the people will choose whoever they want to vote. The south cannot force the northerners to vote a southern candidates. It's an open system and test of popularity.

Every element and every community in Nigeria has been sidelined by incompetence, by indifference and by a president who doesn’t think that it is his job to perform the political role of a leader. So that is the mismanagement that people talk about.

I have seen a northern politicians waging a serious confusion in APC camp come 2023 , I have also seen betrayal in south and tinubu running to East for support because he can't trust his people and the north that I have seen

Exactly my stand anytime. Democracy is about negotiation to force. You can't just sit down and compel a particular region to vote for you without negotiating with them. Buhari couldn't become president earlier before now because he didn't negotiate with the south west abd when he did, he got it not once but twice.

Left for me, power should remain in the north, let the south break free and go their separate way..

Anyhow and this time around, they will be force to allow a southern president.......well they all know this, and the world is watching and eager power move away from that region.

Rubbish, when the south voted for Northern candidates in the last election he was not crying.

Even though that statement might not go down well with some people from the south. That's the truth and very rational statement. Let the best candidate be voted for and voters should not be coerced into voting for a candidate. Voting should be free and fair and let's wait and get the candidate with the highest votes. This is where political parties needs to do a thorough homework by fielding a sensible candidate that wouldn't be like a stupid Buhari or daft like Jonathan or as greedy as Obasanjo.....we just need an educated young polish and God fearing sensible and economic knowledgeable dynamic unnepotically Nigerian that knows what's to be a president and not a cow herders supporting kidnappers and banditry president or that one that never had a shoe while in School or that basket mouth Oldman from Ota....We need to breathe once again in Nigeria....

Some southerners can be delusional. With the current fulani action of the country, the current nepotism, the employment of huge percentage of dss fresh intakes from daura, the disarming of Nigerians and the arming for foreign fulani, the displacement of Nigerians from their land in favour of Fulani heardsmen, the daily killings and suppression of reprisal attacks by the army.
With the above and more, it will be a supprise if these people relinquish power to the south. You don't commit all these atrocities against a region of the country and then plan to relinquish power to them after 4 years.

Let there be two presidents in 2023. One for the North and one for the south. The north should vote for the president from the North while the south will vote for the president from the south. Let there be competition for good governance for eight years in both regions.
After eight years, we can now resolve the issue of who leads better. The region that witnessed better governance within the period of trial should be allowed to produce leaders in future elections, hoping and praying that Nigeria will still remain one country
Just amend the constitution to make this possible.

Let's have a Northern and Southern protectorate with different president and these agitations would die a natural death.

The Buhari led cabals seized the APC Party Machinery after the sacking of Adams Oshiomole a right hand man of Tinubu.

The Buhari cabals went to appoint Mai Mala Buni a serving governor in Yobe state.

Mai Mala Buni caretaker committee tactically keeping extending their tenure to hold on to the power for the cabals while Tinubu is been left frustrated.

"But, you cannot do it by threat, intimidation and blackmail. If you keep pushing this rhetoric that it must be southern president or we will leave this country or the heavens will fall, then northern voters will say, what about my right to choose whoever I want? What do you do with my right? How can you force me to choose a southerner if I have a choice to choose a northerner or southerner?"
But Sir, what about my right to choose if I want to remain in this contraption called Nigeria? Why are MNK and Igboho being denied such rights?
