Notorious criminals, not cultists, of which I even witness their corpse, killed by the police.
There were nothing like cult clashes sha.
I stayed close to Gboko, if you know there.

In Makurdi itself there were killings long before. I can tell you specific names of notorious cultists in Maktown before 2011. I think maybe the clashes later spilled over to other towns in Benue, but Makurdi was where it all began.

BREAKING!!! Unknown Gunmen Storm Police Station In Imo State, Behead Two Policemen - Resident Says

A yet to be identified gunmen in the early hours of Saturday bombed the Njaba police station, destroying a part of the building, Igbere TV has learnt.

According to a resident of the area who craved anonymity said the gunmen beheaded two policemen.

Meanwhile, the Imo State Police Command has said that armed men, in the early hours of Saturday, bombed the Njaba police station, destroying a part of the building.

They said two of the hoodlums were killed and their operational vehicle recovered, while the rest escaped.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the State command, CSP Mike Abattam, in a statement on Saturday, said that on July 31 at about 1.20 am, a convoy of bandits moving towards Njaba town to launch an attack but were intercepted by the Operation Restore Peace team of the Nigeria Police, Imo State Command.

The statement said that, in the ensuing firefight, one of their operational vehicles was demobilised and two of them killed while the remaining ones ran into the bush.

Abattam said, while searching the vehicle, one Ak 47 rifle was recovered with ten rounds of live Ammunition and a locally made double barrel pistol with two expended cartridges.

“They detonated an Improvised Explosive Devices into the parking lots of a nearby Njaba Police Station, causing minimal damage,” the statement added.

He stressed that a cordon and search exercise was ongoing in the area to apprehend the fleeing suspects.

They should start including clearance operations in these missions, many of the bandits would have escaped and would return to their bases after the operation. While fleeing from air assaults, the bandits will abandon supplies, arms and ammunitions, those things shouldn't just be left there for the terrorists to come back to recover.
Often, locals have reported seeing bandits flee on highways from air operations, just setting up fighting patrols and checkpoints across highways close to the terrorist bases will significantly increase their casualties. It will also prevent the bandits from ressuplying their bases. What bokoharam is doing to the highways leading to Maiduguri is what the army is supposed to be doing to the bases of terrorist and bandits alike.

Just put two armoured helicopters armed with gpmgs or Hmgs to chase the remnants that are fleeing and insert ground troops to finish up the wounded, take their weapons and ammo, search for the hidden ones, burn the entire camp and extract.

Better still, surround the camp in a way that no one can leave, bombard with artilleries and airstrike for as long as possible until they are extremely weakened, then move in and finish them off....... A classic siege

Do this for a few camps and I promise you, most of the bandits won't have courage to set up camps.

Best Wishes To ‘Bad Belle’ People Waiting To See Us Arrested By FBI, Says Arrogant Nigeria’s Super Cop, Abba Kyari

He wrote in the post later deleted along with some other comments.

Nigeria’s Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari says ‘bad belle Nigerians’ will wait forever to see him arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over an alleged bribe he took from a suspected fraudster, Ramon Olorunwa Abbas, alias Hushpuppi, who recently pleaded guilty in the United States.

Hushpuppi, who pleaded guilty to various charges, including money laundering, wire fraud, and felony, had said he used Kyari, a leader of the Inspector-General of Police’s Intelligence Response Team, to jail a fellow fraudster Kelly Chibuzor Vincent after both were locked in a dispute presumably over how to share the $1.1 million loot received from a Qatari businessperson.

Vincent subsequently contacted the victim and informed the businessperson that they were being scammed by a syndicate involving him and Hushpuppi, a US court document read.

This elicited anger from Hushpuppi, who contacted Kyari to arrest and jail his rival over the dispute. Abbas said Kyari sent pictures of Vincent in jail and subsequently sent his bank account number to Hushpuppi to which a wire transfer should be made having done a good job as sent by him.

“Court documents outline a dispute among members of the conspiracy, which allegedly prompted Vincent to contact the victim and claim that Abbas and Juma were engaged in fraud. After this contact, Abbas allegedly arranged to have Vincent jailed in Nigeria by Abba Alhaji Kyari, 46, of Nigeria.

“According to the affidavit, Kyari is a highly decorated deputy commissioner of the Nigeria Police Force who is alleged to have arranged for Vincent to be arrested and jailed at Abbas’ behest, and then sent Abbas photographs of Vincent after his arrest. Kyari also allegedly sent Abbas bank account details for an account into which Abbas could deposit payment for Vincent’s arrest and imprisonment,” the US Justice Department said in a statement.

But in his reaction on his Facebook page on Thursday morning, Kyari said he never demanded money from Hushpuppi, while stressing that “my hands are clean”.

Although he admitted to knowing about the money-related dispute, the DCP disclosed that it was based on the call that Vincent was arrested.

Kyari also denied that Vincent was ever jailed, adding that he was instead released on bail.

Replying to one of the comments on the post, the police boss asked those criticising him based on his response to produce the “papers calling for our arrest”.

He wrote in the post later deleted along with some other comments, “Hahahahaha indicted where, How? On social media abi. Let’s see the Evidence of the indictment or the Letter from the court looking for us. Many people who admire our clothes were connected to the designer, So this is an offense now? Or to arrest when their (sic) is a Complaint of threat to life is an offense?

“The bad belle people will wait forever to see us arrested or to produce the papers calling for our arrest. We will not be surprise (sic) if a Fake arrest warrant on us will start circulating later today.

“If FBI wants to hear from somebody working with any Government, they will send letter to the Government of that Country. Am sure that letter too can be fabricated and circulated on social media soonest too. Best wishes for the people waiting to see us arrested, Hahahahaha.”

He is not innocent, FBI will never make any accusation without concrete evidence to back it up. He collected bribe from Hushpuppi, that is a fact.

Why would the military transfer soldiers to Abuja and Yola? Or do you mean soldiers are being air lifted from Abuja and Yola to Maiduguri?

C-130 might be an overkill for such task. Honestly, they can just dedicate 2 or 3 MI-171 helicopters to be transporting soldiers to points that are relatively safe.

That driver deserve serious flogging but really there isn't much he could do when his own life will probably be at risk.

Can carry 90 troops, 60 stretchers or 20,000kg of supplies
And it is not too expensive.

A plane would be better than a chopper and cheaper too. I'm talking small STOL planes that can carry from 12-20 troops.

Imagine if the NPF had taken an action against Abba Kyari after all this evidence against him back in 2020. More than 40 millions was extorted from a business man by Abba Kyari, he told the End sars panel how it all happened, with hard facts, still yet, nothing happened to Kyari.
